Designing, building, and maintaining local network and cloud infrastructure for the delivery of proprietary data to all team members.
Developing and implementing security best practices across multiple platforms such as iOS, Mac OS, MS Windows, Android etc.
Building and maintaining integrations with third-party cloud/data services and online payment platforms such as Zapier, Xero, ServiceM8, DEAR, Wix, etc.
Managing cloud environments, including monitoring and troubleshooting issues, managing backups, and ensuring high availability and redundancy.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Ai, cloud and mobile computing.
Participating in the entire software integrations, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
Providing training and guidance to team members.
Helping to define the IT strategy and road map of the organization.
Managing projects and timelines to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of internal and external services.
