Service Coordinator

Job Description
Excellent entry level customer service position in a leading Electric Mobility company with opportunities for growth in the industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services in person, by phone, and via email with help from management.
Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.
Answer service calls and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any post-service issues they may have.
Call and schedule customer appointments and ensure that customer vehicles are serviced on time.
Maintain service-related software and customer service records and ensure that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
Create all work orders for final checks, scheduled service jobs and warranty jobs.
Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered.
Assist with third party quotes and services.
Assist the accountant with office reports and simple bookkeeping tasks.
Assist with quarterly fleet service reports.
Assist in collecting or delivering customer vehicles.
Maintain customer service records and ensure that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date
Candidates should have an outgoing and cheerful personality, be highly organized, show initiative and enthusiasm for the Mission and Message of the company and be a proactive and reliable Team Member.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent command of the English language.
Computer skills essential, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidates must be over the age of 25 and have a valid driver’s license.
